Delivery Policy

Free Shipping Worldwide

All orders qualify for free shipping worldwide, with no minimum purchase. We ship to all countries except Russia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and OFAC-sanctioned regions.

Delivery Timelines

• Prime Products: 8-15 business days
• Other Outerwear: 8-15 business days
• Made-To-Measure Outerwear: 3-4 weeks
• Footwear: 2-3 weeks
• Made-To-Measure Footwear: 3-4 weeks
• Bespoke Products: 5-12 weeks

Once dispatched, delivery takes 3-4 business days.

Courier Service

We use express couriers like DHL & FedEx. We do not ship to PO, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses.

Customs & Duties

Orders ship on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Report lost or damaged orders within 5 days of the tracking delivery date. Verified claims receive store credit or a replacement (no refunds).

Delivery Issues

• Tracking & Follow-ups: Customers must track their order and coordinate with the courier for rescheduling.
• Unaccepted Deliveries: If refused, the parcel is considered lost/destroyed, and no return or refund is possible.
• Incorrect Address: Orders cannot be redirected post-dispatch. Failed deliveries may result in package destruction without refund.

Other Policies

• Order Confirmation: Sent via email after payment. Contact support if not received.
• Combined Shipments: Multiple orders to the same address may be combined.
• Complimentary Items: Not included in orders exceeding 10 items unless approved by support.
